SECURITI.ai Wins RSA Conference 2020 Innovation Sandbox Contest


RSA CONFERENCE 2020 - San Francisco – Privacy compliance solutions provider SECURITI.ai has won the title of ‘Most Innovative Startup’ at the RSA Conference 2020 Innovation Sandbox contest that took place on Monday.


The Innovation Sandbox competition allows pre-selected cybersecurity startup finalists to showcase their technologies to a panel of judges and attendees at the RSA Conference in hopes to win the highly coveted title.


Headquartered in San Jose, California, SECURITI.ai’s AI-powered PRIVACI.ai platform helps automate privacy compliance and enables enterprises to give rights to people on their data and comply with global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.


Formed with a team of industry veterans from Symantec, Elastica, Bluecoat and Cisco, the company has raised $81 million in funding, including a recent $50 million Series B round announced in January. 


The other Innovation Sandbox finalists were AppOmni, Blu Bracket, Elevate Security, ForAllSecure, INKY Technology, Obsidian Security, Sqreen, Tala Security, and Vulcan Cyber


Each finalist presented a three-minute pitch followed by a question-and-answer round.


Judges included Asheem Chandna, Partner, Greylock Partners; Scott Darling, President, Dell Technologies Capital; Dorit Dor, VP Products, Check Point Software Technologies; Patrick Heim, Partner and CISO ClearSky; Paul Kocher, Researcher and Entrepreneur.


According to RSA Conference, the top 10 finalists have collectively seen 56 acquisitions and received $6.2 billion in financing since the first edition of the contest.
