WASHINGTON -- The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) will present a new research and development (R&D) funding project focused on mobile network infrastructure during an Industry Day event on May 16 in Washington, D.C.


CISA leads the national effort to defend critical infrastructure against the threats of today, while working with partners across all levels of government and in the private sector to secure against the evolving risks of tomorrow. S&T works to identify and develop technology that brings game-changing impacts to cybersecurity end-users across the U.S. government, private sector and international partners.


Senior CISA and S&T leaders will discuss the importance of securing mobile network infrastructure for government communications and answer attendee questions about the new R&D project. Those leaders are:
