Lawmakers sent a 5G security strategy bill to President Trump and advanced CISA Director Christopher Krebs' top legislative priority -- administrative subpoena power related to ISPs -- but stumbled on a major energy bill that addressed electric grid security, while the big work on cybersecurity is about to begin following release of the Cyberspace Solarium Commission report.
