Triaging Cybersecurity: What To Do When You Can't Do It All

Is your data protected? Some companies really don’t have much data to protect; they conduct their business through email and Slack without much confidential information involved. But many, many companies do have data they need to protect. In my experience, the single most important aspect of protecting your data is to insulate it from the public network. If possible, limit their access within the network; no employee needs access to everything. From there, you can use your private network to limit the sites each user can access outside of your network.
