Industry groups are hopeful that DHS will extend an expiring letter allowing telecom workers to access facilities amid state and local COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, while the leaders of CISA and the FCC this week urged state partners to adopt CISA guidances on critical workers, and -- over in the banking sector -- an industry alliance today launched a Cyber Risk Institute intended to help firms with regulatory compliance.
