A tricky scam plants phishing links in your calendar


You hopefully already know to avoid phishing emails ... and texts ... and popups ... but now there's a new place to worry about scams: your calendar. Scammers are sending waves of invites to Google Calendar users that look legitimate, except when you click and put in your personal information, well, you know the rest. We suggest you turn off the setting that automatically adds invitations to your calendar, and don't accept invitations you don't recognize.
