"Today we can talk about the phenomenon of influence on the mass consciousness of young people in terms of changing their behavior in a destructive way. Zubov also noted that in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the overall crime rate in Russia remained the same, but the number of cybercrimes increased significantly.
