Hired by Jack Dorsey in 2020 after Twitter suffered a massive cyber attack, Zatko was the security head of the company from November 2020 to January 2022. Zatko now 51, was born in Boston, US, while he graduated from Berklee School of Music, his love for hacking and cyber security made him switch to the field of computers. In the 90s he was a part of the L0Pht an ethical hacker group, later the group formed a business by the name of L0pht Heavy Industries. "Mudge" was a part of Cult of the Dead Cow (cDc) a hacker group and a DIY media org.
