REPORTS


UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2021-09160065, 1300 block of N. Troy Street. At approximately 6:25 a.m. on September 16, police were dispatched to the report of a tampering of bicycles. Upon arrival, it was determined that an employee of the property observed the unknown suspect inside the garage of a residential building and he fled on foot when confronted. The investigation determined the suspect cut the chain to the bicycle storage areas inside the garage. An additional reporting party reported observing a suspect running from the area with a bicycle and entering a vehicle at the intersection of 13th Street N. and N. Troy Street. The suspect vehicle is described as a older model silver Toyota or Honda. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5’7” tall with a black afro. He was wearing a red shirt and beige pants at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
